Chemical cure. This patches may be used in the repair of crown, shoulder or sidewall injuries in all types of radial tyres. CX patches may be used cold (chemical vulcanization) with Blue Cement - MB. May it also used with heat with Blue Cement - MB.

The repair units are molded with a layer of specially compounded rubber that vulcanize to a tube or tyre at room temperature when used with chemical cement. These chemical cements are offered in various viscosities to match the application: Supersolution - SP - fast dry cement for tube repairs and Blue Cement - MB - for maximum "tack" is desired on areas of rough buff or exposed tyre cord. To ensure complete coverage, the chemical cement should be applied to the prepared surface of the tire and the patch face gum. The chemical cement must be allowed to dry until tacky.
The repair patches have a "high tack" bonding layer laminated to the pre-cured body. Versacure patches will vulcanize at room temperature using chemical cement - Blue Cement - MB. They perform best when used with heat (minimum 120oC) and pressure in retreading. When heat is applied to the enteire repair Black Cement - BC must be brushed onto prepared inner liner.
To clean rubber surfaces prior to mechanical buffing. Prevents poor adhesion by dissolving mold release lubricant and other contaminants commonly found on tubes and tire inner liner surfaces. Use with scraper to remove loosened contaminants.
Fast drying vulcanising fluid for tube and tyre repairs. Use with tube patches, universal patches and plugs.
Premium heavy-duty blue cement that meets requirements for high tack and superior adhesion of repairs in demanding environments. Can be used in cold and hot applications for C, CX, VER and VERD patches.
High tack black vulcanising cement for use in hot application. Use to apply uncured repairs and cushion gum in tyre repairing. For use with VER and VERD patches in almost all retread curing systems.
Restores and secures the air retention of butyl inner liners with butyl rubber compound. Apply a coat around the edge of all repair units in tubeless tyres to prevent air from penetrating into into the cord body through damaged liners or seeping underneath the repair unit.
Brushable compound to seal leaks between tyre bead and rim. Apply a thick coat to the bead prior before mounting the tyre on the rim.
High quality mounting and demounting compound. Universal - for all types and sizes of tyres: passenger cars, trucks, buses, motorcycle, agricultural and large-size tires.The paste is chemically neutral towards rubber and metal. Provides excellent lubrication and reduces the risk of tyre damage.
High quality tyre crayon is intended for permanent marking of damage on the tyre surface during repairs and for describing tyres during seasonal tyre replacement. Waterproof, dust-free crayon is effective when used on both dry and wet surfaces.
